We are pleased to launch the first version of BriefBox’s new Smart Profiles. Our new Smart Profiles feature makes it easier to view and manage your own BriefBox data (including with respect to all of your Matters, and general information) as well as allow Manager access to team members’ details quickly and efficiently. Each profile now displays important information tailored to your BriefBox usage, helping you manage Matters and make support decisions faster.
